-STORE’s R∞, CRM tool for Yahoo!Shopping-
ValueCommerce Co., Ltd.(Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Jin Kagawa; hereinafter, “ValueCommerce”) announces 2,500 store owners on Yahoo!Shopping, operated by Yahoo JAPAN Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan, Representative Director and President: Manabu Miyasaka, hereinafter “Yahoo! JAPAN”), have applied to STORE’s R∞.
STORE’s R∞ enables store owners to analyze customer’s behavioral data to learn whether he/she is actually considering a purchase or just collecting information about a product. Also, they can learn detailed customer segmentations such as new customers, repeaters, or loyal customers who contribute to sales. Store owners can encourage the targeted customers to purchase or revisit the store by sending information as coupons or loyalty point campaign carefully selected on the basis of such segmentations and his/her interest. It’s reached 2,500 applications that are received from stores after the service release on September 14th, 2016.
Also, the new features on STORE’s R∞ are scheduled to be added; to issue coupon on STORE’s R∞ control panel, which reduces store owners operations, to control the total number of coupons distributed within the budget, and to select products on which the customers can use coupons.
Furthermore, AB test function by which store owners can only test the promotions copies at present will add a feature that enables to test which campaign content is more attractive to customers. This new feature works as an indicator to make more effective promotions to the targeted customers.
These features are scheduled to be accessible from the last third of October, 2016.
ValueCommerce continues to support clients to build the best customer relationships for maximized Life-time-value(LTV) with developing CRM service by new features and tie-ups with the other services.
