ValueCommerce Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers Stock Code: 2491, Chairman & CEO: Brian Nelson, ValueCommerce) is pleased to announce that it signed a business partnership with Live Ads Inc. The program seeks to offer great convenience and proven performance to all media sites run by bloggers, affiliate partners and enterprises.
In Phase 1, the two companies will plan and produce blog parts for e-commerce sites that participate in ValueCommerce’s program on the basis of product information available through the ValueCommerce Web Service and offer them as unique affiliate ads to partners registered with Live!Ads.
In Phase 2, they will set up a system for offering profits to general creators and invite the general public to submit their created blog parts and desktop widgets. They will successively embark on a comprehensive consulting service that covers everything ranging from planning and production of blog parts and widgets to operation of affiliate sites, while also dealing with video ads.
ValueCommerce will offer the ValueCommerce Web Service to different types of business operators, including leading blog service providers, rewards point program operators, application service providers offering mobile site creation services and operators of unique affiliate programs such as Live!Ads. The aim will be to enlarge the affiliate network, placing the ValueCommerce Web Service at the heart of product information and payment.
In the meantime, Live Ads will maximize profitability by providing affiliate partners with widgets featuring a high level of functionality, convenience and design appeal developed for e-commerce sites selected on the basis of its own criteria, rather than with the impartial perspective of a platform operator, from among those taking part in the ValueCommerce Web Service.
Live!Ads blog parts and widgets can be freely positioned and used according to the design of the blogs run by affiliate partners. For instance, they can be incorporated into the side bar, placed below a blog article and embedded into the text.
