On September 1, 2022 (Thursday), ValueCommerce Co., Ltd. (head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Jin Kagawa, Representative Director President and CEO; hereinafter “ValueCommerce”) will start accepting applications for the Media Awards 2022 2nd Half, a gateway event for top affiliate program participants that awards proven affiliates.
To encourage more people to participate in the event, ValueCommerce has prepared a benefit for applicants. A 500 yen gift will be given to 300 people selected by lot from the Media Awards applicants. Further, we will make media sales representatives available to the winners of the Grand Awards.
We will also continue to provide website diagnostics by the veteran affiliate program participant Kankichi to winners of the New Face Awards. We welcome applications from not only people who have a long history with our affiliate program but also newcomers.

Applications accepted: September 1, 2022 (Thursday) to December 27, 2022 (Tuesday)
Results announcement: February 27, 2023 (Monday)

[Explanation of Each Award]
● Grand Awards: Given to websites that have excellent earnings or numbers of orders during the period from July 2022 to December 2022.
Cash prize: 100,000 yen for 1st place, 50,000 yen for 2nd, and 30,000 yen for 3rd
Benefit: We will make media sales representatives available to the winners through a dedicated channel.
● Growth Awards: Given to websites that have excellent earnings or numbers of orders when comparing the period from July 2021 to December 2021 with the period from July 2022 to December 2022.
Cash prize: 30,000 yen for 1st place, 20,000 yen for 2nd, and 10,000 yen for 3rd
● New Face Awards: For websites that have been newly registered during the period from July 2021 to December 2022. Given to websites that have excellent earnings or numbers of orders as well as the websites that have potential for growth in the future.
Cash prize: 10,000 yen for 1st place, 8,000 yen for 2nd, 5,000 yen for 3rd, 3,000 yen for 4th, and 1,000 yen for 5th
Benefit: Website diagnostics by veteran affiliate program participant Kankichi
● Category Awards: Given to the websites that have excellent earnings or numbers of orders in the targeted categories.
Cash prize: 20,000 yen for 1st place in 8 categories
Targeted categories: shopping and auctions; computers, home electrical appliances and software; travel; BtoB and Web services; jobs, career changes, and part-time jobs; fashion and accessories; restaurants and gourmet foods; and money and banking

[Criteria of the examination]
– Advertisements of ValueCommerce Affiliate are posted
– The advertisements are posted in a creative way
– Photos and images are used in an easy-to-understand manner
– The theme of the website or blog is clear
– The website has a unique identity or distinct personality
– Information that is beneficial to readers is posted
– Selling points and the things that the applicant is conscious of in the operation of the website are described in the application for the awards
– The website structure and/or content of the website is helpful to the affiliate site operators

If any of the following items are true, the website will NOT be reviewed.
– The website is a points site.
– The website is operated by a corporate entity.
– The website or blog that is the subject of the application contains identical or similar works or content.
NOTE: Copyrighted works and images used on the website or blog that is the subject of the application must be limited to those where the website operator possesses the copyright or those where the rights holders have approved their use
NOTE: When rankings are posted on the website or blog that is the subject of the application, grounds for the ranking indicating how the items were ranked must be described
